You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail when your order ships. This confirmation will include the order tracking number(s) and a link so that you can track the shipment online.Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Once an order is submitted, it processes very quickly. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation requests will be handled on an individual basis and generally need to be requested within one hour of placing the order for proper processing.What is your return and exchange policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you should discover that a product you ordered is damaged, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com for a return authorization. Please note, damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Once you have a return authorization number:
1. Write that number in a prominent location on the outside of the shipping box.
2. Secure the merchandise in its original packaging and place in box.
3. Enclose a detailed description of your item
4. Return ship the merchandise via a pre-paid method to the following address:

Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA number! Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable.How long will it take to receive credit for my return?
