Where can I find Scratch Coding Cards?

You can find Coding Cards with our partners at No Starch Press who sell both the Scratch and ScratchJr versions.

When will my order be processed?

Orders take about 24 hours to process. Production and shipping times are determined by our vendors.

All items are made to order, please allow 2-4 business days for production times.

How are shipping costs determined?                                        

Shipping costs are determined by our vendors according to the weight of the package, where it is going and shipping methods.

Can you ship internationally?                                              

Yes! However, please note that destinations outside of the US may incur higher shipping costs.

How will I know when my order is shipped?                                  

You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail when your order ships. This confirmation will include the order tracking number(s) and a link so that you can track the shipment online.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?                            

Once an order is submitted, it processes very quickly. To request canceling an order, please contact Customer Service at store@scratch.mit.edu. Cancellation requests will be handled on an individual basis. Not all requests may be fulfilled.

We only answer Customer Service emails Monday to Friday, during business hours.

What is your return and exchange policy?                                  

Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you should discover that a product you ordered is damaged, please contact Customer Service at store@scratch.mit.edu for a return authorization. Please note, damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
